At The SEED School of Maryland External Opportunities are off-campus activities, events, and experiences that prepare students for college by providing a setting where they can receive feedback about their strengths and areas of growth as well as further develop their social skills.

At SEED, we recognize that preparing for enrollment in and graduation from college requires learning outside of the traditional classroom setting. We know that to truly thrive in a college setting, students need years of exposure to environments that push them beyond their comfort zone. They need chances to take risks, to interact with a range of people, and to have their perspective challenged. Throughout their time with us, we want students to take advantage of environments where they can do just that.
